"I've been reminded quite a bit lately about the value of dropping into this space. We have so much going on in our physical worlds that we're trying to control...and maneuver...and survive at some points. But quite honestly it's this inner realm where we do our best maneuvering. It's good to go in here. It's a place of peace, but it's also a place of creation. So we go in here to create the world that we really want to be walking around in."
Coaching is a tool that can change your life - if you come to it when you're "ready." In this See for Free I discuss the differences between the two modalities of Coaching and Therapy, and when they are called for in a person's life.
I make the analogy of a swimmer: when we are just trying to stay afloat, it's not the time to talk about moving forward (Coaching), but rather the time to have someone throw us a buoy (Therapy) so we can catch our breath, and regain some strength. And then, when we have enough power to move forward, we start swimming (Coaching).
I am a huge fan of both modalities, and believe it's hugely important for both the client and the practitioner to recognize where they are at, and follow the most appropriate path. Coaches need to recognize when a client needs deeper-level work than we're trained to provide, and therapists will do well to set their clients "free" when they're ready to launch into powerful, new places.
Stress? Yes. We all have it. Perhaps constantly, perhaps from time to time. We live with it, but it doesn't mean it has to get the better of us. This quick coaching session will give you a couple super-powerful tools to help you clear through the craziness and begin to get back to the "you" who's underneath all that strain.
We can often feel lonely or empty, even when surrounded by friends and loved ones. In this session, I offer an energetic perspective on why that is the case. At 09:20 I begin a guided meditation that can be used daily to expand your connection to God/Source, and to fill that emptiness with a love-filled strength and power.
